All projects are executed under written contracts specifying scope, timeline, and payment.
3. Service Agreement
All film or video production projects require a written contract or proposal approval.
This includes:
- Scope of work and deliverables
- Production schedule
- Payment terms and budget approval
- Ownership and rights agreements
Any modification to the scope of work must be agreed to in writing by both parties.
4. Payments and Fees
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before production begins.
- Remaining payment is due as per the project milestone or upon completion.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
- Red Carpet Production reserves the right to suspend or terminate work in the event of non-payment.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All footage, scripts, and creative materials produced by Red Carpet Production remain our property until full payment is received.
- Upon final payment, the client will receive licensed rights to use the final deliverables for agreed purposes (e.g., TV broadcast, online, cinema, etc.).
- Red Carpet Production reserves the right to use portions of completed work for portfolio, marketing, and showreel purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information, branding materials, and creative briefs.
- Securing necessary permissions, locations, and talent clearances (unless otherwise contracted).
- Approving concepts, scripts, and edits within the specified timeline.
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery deadlines and incur additional costs.
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality for all client materials and project details.
However, we may showcase completed work for promotional use unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- If a project is canceled after pre-production or during production, the client is liable for all costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
Red Carpet Production will not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss, including profit or data loss.
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, technical failure, or third-party issues).
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the project.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Pakistan , and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Pakistan
11. Amendments
